Introduction

Welcome to our esteemed school’s House System! We take great pride in fostering a sense of community, camaraderie, and healthy competition among our students. The House System divides the student body into smaller groups known as “Houses,” each with its unique identity and characteristics. Our three Houses are named “Gold Rose House,” “Red Rose House,” and “White Rose House.” Through the House System, we aim to promote teamwork, leadership, and a positive school experience for every student.

1. House Names and Colors:

  1. Gold Rose House:

    • House Color: Gold
    • Motto: “Seeking Excellence Together”
    • Characteristics: Known for their ambition, determination, and commitment to personal growth. Gold Rose House members are encouraged to strive for excellence in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities.
  2. Red Rose House:

    • House Color: Red
    • Motto: “Passion, Strength, Unity”
    • Characteristics: Recognized for their passion, courage, and strong sense of unity. Red Rose House members are encouraged to exhibit determination and resilience, supporting one another in all endeavors.
  3. White Rose House:

    • House Color: White
    • Motto: “Embracing Diversity, Spreading Kindness”
    • Characteristics: Valued for their inclusivity, compassion, and acts of kindness. White Rose House members promote diversity, respect, and empathy, making the school a welcoming place for all.

2. House Points and Competitions:

The House System operates through a points-based competition that encourages participation and achievement in various areas, including:

  1. Academic Excellence: House members can earn points through outstanding academic performance, academic competitions, and educational achievements.
  2. Sports and Physical Activities: Points are awarded for participation and success in sports events, games, and physical challenges.
  3. Creative Arts: House members can showcase their talents in arts, music, drama, and other creative endeavors to earn points.
  4. Community Service: Engaging in community service projects and acts of kindness will contribute to the House’s points tally.
  5. House Competitions: Inter-house competitions and events will be held throughout the year in both academic and non-academic domains, allowing students to earn points for their respective Houses.

3. House Leadership:

Each House will have its House Leader, who will be a member of the school faculty. The House Leader’s role includes:

  • Overseeing House activities and events.
  • Guiding and motivating House members to participate actively.
  • Encouraging a positive and inclusive House culture.
  • Coordinating House meetings and discussions.

Additionally, each House will have House Captains and Vice-Captains, responsible for leading and organizing their respective House teams during competitions and other events.

4. House Events and Celebrations:

The House System will feature several events and celebrations, such as:

  1. House Cup: At the end of the academic year, the House with the highest points total will be awarded the prestigious House Cup.

  2. House Week: A dedicated week where each House showcases its unique talents, spirit, and teamwork.

  3. Founder’s Day: Celebrating the founding of the school, with inter-house games and festivities.

  4. House Assemblies: Regular gatherings where House members come together to share accomplishments and plan future activities.

5. House Spirit and Values:

House members are expected to embrace and uphold the core values of their respective Houses, promoting camaraderie, sportsmanship, and inclusivity. Each student’s affiliation with their House should instill a sense of pride, belonging, and responsibility to contribute positively to the school community.

As a member of the House System, students will forge lasting friendships, develop leadership skills, and create cherished memories that will stay with them long after their time at our school.
